Hi, my name is Carlos Peralta.

I've been working in IT for over ten years. I started as a front-end developer because of my digital design background and went down the rabbit hole of software engineering.

Over time, my passion became working with others and helping them to reach their full potential while delivering concrete results to the stakeholders. So, I've been leading multidisciplinary technical teams on different matters for the last seven years. I've worked on Cybersecurity, Biotech, e-commerce, and Fintech projects on startups that failed too soon, to some of the biggest companies in Latin America.

My other passion is music production. That is the reason why this domain is .media. I enjoy writing and composing songs, so I learned to record, mix and master myself. Besides sharing with my small family, this brings me infinite joy.

I will use this site to document my creative music process and make myself accountable for releasing music. Still, I will share some critical elements of working with me as a manager.
